In 1992, CEO Rosalba Gil began working at CMC Group, Inc./ CMC Construction, Inc. owned by the admired and well recognized Ugo Colombo. After more than twenty years of obtaining knowledge and experience in standards of construction, punch lists, and quality control, Rosalba launched into her own journey by opening DanAnd Residential Management, Inc. named after her two sons, Daniel and Andres.
